In 2001 WSM acquired the assets of the C. Gauger and Sons service department, which expanded its
services to include commercial and residential service, and residential HVAC.

Through years of steady growth, we now offer a full range of HVAC and architectural services, including
commercial, residential and industrial. We also sell and erect pre-engineered metal buildings.
